SG(B) series power transformer
The main insulating material of the SG(B)10 Un-packed "H" Level power transformer is an insulating system based on Nomexpaper. The HV & LV coils were insulated by Nomex pater. It has been vacuum immersed by "H" level Non-solvent insulation paint and treatd by high temperature. lt can be kept in and excellent electronic and mechanical features during the whole transformer' s life. Due to the Nomex is not easy to ageing,withstand contraction and anti-press,the coil of the transformer will be still com-pact and withstand the pressure of short circuit after several years operating. The no-load loss is 20% and 25% lower than thel specification in GB10228-2015. lt is a kind of environmental product,which has a low loss and low voice. lt has beenl widely used in subway,high building,airports and any other places.
