The full-sealing power transformer cancels the oil conservator: and the fin plate of corrugated oil tank body is taken as the cooling component, and meanwhile, is expanded and shrunk with the increase and decrease of transformer oll, so that the transformer interior is isolated with the atmosphere, thereby preventing the degradation, insulation moisture and aging of oil, and enhancing the operational reliability. The iron core is made of high-quality cold rolled silicon steel sheet, thereby effectively improving the distribution situation of magnetic flux density in the iron core, reducing the noise, and reducing the loss. The coil is wound with high strength enamelled wire (or paper covered wire), and is in a cylindrical (or cake) structure, the ampere turn is distributed uniformly, and the insulation structure is reasonable and has strong anti-short circuit ability. The fasteners used in the oil tank are stop nuts, which can guarantee the loosening when operating after the long-distance transport. The oil tank surface is used for three-proofing lacquer (darmpproof, mouldproof and salt-spray proof) coating after being phosphate, and thus, is widely used in the metalurgy, mine, petrifaction and other occasions with the bad environment.
