Product Usage
Sine wave filter is installed at the output end of the frequency converter, and the motor current flows through the filter. The output variables of the frequency converter will be filtered to generate approximately sinusoidal motor voltage and current. It can reduce stray losses in the motor and greatly reduce the noise during motor operation. Suitable for long-distance control between frequency converters and motors, with cable distances up to 1000m. If long motor lines are used, a sine wave filter can also reduce the peak loadcurrent caused by cable capacity. And it can suppress the high-order harmonic current output derived from switching frequency ripple current, effectively suppress dv/dt, reduce high-frequency leakage current, and play a role in protecting motor insulation.

Product Selection
The long-distance control between the frequency converter and the motor (especially for the control of thousands of cable connections in oil drilling, coal mining, and mining equipment), without the installation of a sine wave filter, can easily cause the three-phase asynchronous motor to generate heat, generate high noise, accelerate insulation aging, reduce its service life, and easily cause cable bursts.
1. For sine wave filters with a voltage level of 380V/690V, the voltage drop UD is ≈ 8%~13%, and the load voltage has a voltage loss of about 10%. A three-phase step-up isolation transformer can be installed to adjust the voltage value required by the load. And the isolation transformer also plays a role in electrical isolation and certain filtering.
2. For equipment with higher load voltage levels (such as 1140V, 3300V, etc.) when the grid voltage is 380V or 690V. A sine wave filter of the same voltage level as the power grid can be selected for filtering, and the required voltage value of the load can be supplied through a three-phase step-up isolation transformer.
3. Sine wave filter filtering effect: THDI ≤ 5%, dv/dt ≤ 500V/us.
Product process
1. The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steel sheets, and the core column is divided into uniform small pieces through multiple air gaps. The air gap uses high-temperature high-strength adhesive to tightly bond each small section of the core column with the upper and lower iron yokes.
2. The coil adopts an F and H level insulation system, greatly improving the reliability of long-term operation.
3. The reactors all adopt vacuum pressure impregnation process (VPI), and after high-temperature heat curing, the product greatly reduces noise and vibration during operation.
